A tentative walkthrough of blogging with AI
I didn’t intend to be writing about anything technical, but since I’m intending to write about Hairy Airy (AI), then having technical discussions are inevitable I suppose, or at least, having them helps illuminate whatever point I’m trying to make; or it’s just interesting. That should be sufficient. Changing the oil in a car is not so amazing, and it can get repetitive in a workshop, and it’s incredibly stressful (or was for me), given the potential damage to the vehicle for such a simple action is incredible; but I enjoyed changing the oil in my car. The act was satisfying, somewhat dangerous (lying under a jacked up chunk of steel) and contemplative (the motion of fluids and fire has – for me – a mesmerising effect). I’m pretty sure I’m not here to talk about cars though. Right, the description of an action that is interesting might itself be interesting too.
What prompted this? I had the idea when reviewing my blog posts locally, of having a slider at the top of the page that could instantly adjust the width of the blog contents – the paragraphs of the written words. Now, I have no clue how to do it. I could find out, maybe, but the chances of me being able to create it after say, one week, are about 30 per cent. After two weeks the chances rise to 50 per cent, and after one month they probably sit at 80 per cent. I have an 80 per cent chance of fulfilling my desire – within a month – at the cost of dropping every other task.
